Order Packaging Tracking Number

Within the Orders Side of Actinic, when you view an order and switch to the Shipping and handling Tab:

There is an Order Packaging area with an input for a Tracking Number.

Does anyone know if this can be referenced by a variable and also if this can then be placed into the order shipped email template?
