Found this code and thought it's really useful to get some user-generated content on to your sites - I'm using it on http://www.timebombtshirts.com
(check Banksy Panda Tshirt page for an example)

The code writers allow you to change the code in order to personalise it, haven't tried yet, but will give it a shot tomorrow (maybe make it moderated / change look & feel etc)
If anybody has any better ones, would be interested in having a look.
