Popup/Lightbox on homepage

Hi everyone,

I searched for this and didn't really find anything applicable so thought I would ask.

Basically, I would like a box to appear on the homepage of one of our sites which will include a signup form for our newsletter.

Obviously a lightbox style would be better for this, but just wondered how I would implement this? (idiots guide!)

I am aware of Norm's lightbox app but wasn't sure if that would work for this?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
