problems with adding actinic based success/failure page

hi folks
can anyone help with advice as to how we can `insert our site success/failure urls into our crypt string` for sage pay?

we need this to get google conversion tracking working and non of our web friends seem to be able to help us at moment

any kind souls able to point us to the right buttons?
