I've just setup a new site (http://www.nitro-rc.co.uk/) and I'm experiencing problems with RBSWorldpay payments.
When I receive an order paid with RBSWorldpay, although the payment is there and the order confirmation email is sent, when I download the orders to actinic all the (paid) RBSWorldpay orders are sorted to the "Pending Payment Service Provider" tab.
In order to mark them as paid I have to manually edit each order. Has anyone ever experienced such behaviour? If so, could you please suggest a solution to this?
