Since we upgraded from V7 to V9 (about a year ago) every single PayPal transaction that we receive, goes to 'pending payment'. It happened right from the moment the upgrade took place. Before that, it worked ok.
That is one problem, but another is that the name and address fields do not seem to get passed over to the PayPal system because they all show up as 'no address provided' when you look at each transaction in the PayPal system. Again, this was never a problem before the upgrade but it means that we are not getting the all important address verification and it has led to a few fraudulent PayPal transactions over the past 12 months which meant that PayPal's 'seller protection' did not apply because there was no address data passed over from Actinic.
I know there have been a few PayPal issues noted recently on this forum but I have checked all those and nothing seems to apply.
