Been having occasional but consistent trouble with MOTO orders since we started taking them some 6 months ago. Everything processes as normal but when we download the payment confirmation the order goes straight into the completed list, is marked as complete and shows 'lines ordered 0' or sometimes even 'lines ordered -1' (i.e. minus one) despite the fact that when you open the order up it shows the ordered lines as normal, the order Total Cost is correct and so on.
Has anybody had any similar problems or know why this is happening?
