Hello guys, hope you're all well and business is good.
I have a question for you.
I noticed that if someone places an order with either PayPal or Wordpay on my site and they don't click "return to homepage" or "return to merchant" once they've made the payment, Actinic does not display the order receipt page and therefore no order confirmation email is sent out to either ourseleves or the customer.
This means that I have to send these emails manually from Actinic. This wouldn't normally be a problem, but on one of my sites (www.10thway.co.uk) I inegrated an upload facility on the receipt page for the customer to upload their artwork once the payment has been processed.
Does anybody know of a way to avoid this problem? I was thinking to put a button saying "click here to complete the order" on the payment successful page on PayPal and Wordpay, but would the web address for the order confirmation page (to which the above button would be linked to) stay the same, or does the URL change for each order?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Matt.
