We seem to be having a problem with the worldpay receipt page. The order process seems to be working without issue until the customer gets to the final worldpay receipt page. They then ideally would click on the link "VIEW MERCHANT RECEIPT". But this link doesn't work.
When I have a look at the html of the receipt page is shows that the link is in the wrong place. It isn't around the "VIEW MERCHANT RECEIPT" text, it just has no text there so customers can't click on it and go back to our site.
We haven't made any changes to the worldpay pages at all so don't know where the problem may be. I spoke to worldpay and they said that this part of the code is returned from our actinic installation.
Does anyone know why this might have occurred and how we fix it? I don't know if we need to alter the worldpay pages or there is an issue with actinic. We are using actinic 8.5.3 and have upgraded to the lasted payment gateways (not sure if thats when the problem started).
