I want to confirm authenticity of this email from Actinic.
I replied asking them to, but then i just got another mail shot just saying not to worry about the Norton Alert.

Can anyone at Actinic confirm this? It appears the links go to an external site.

Worked for me - they are using an Email Marketing Service which monitors the times the email has been opened and the document downloaded.
