NOTIFICATION: We will be performing a system maintenance to improve the reliability and performance of our services. Please be advised that PayPal website (https://www.paypal.com) and PayPal Adaptive APIs will experience a service interruption for up to 25 minutes. During this time the majority of API requests will not complete and will fail with error code 520002 (Internal Error) or time out.
Attempts to log in to PayPal will result in an error message. This includes log in to www.paypal.com, using Mobile Payments Library (MPL), and Mobile PayPal Application on both iPhone and Android.
