Further to a post I made last year, we've been offered some really good rates by Elavon, and I'm tempted to switch from Streamline. The contract length is fine and this stage there are no long term or difficult requirements, but I'm interested in reliability and customer service experiences. Does anyone here use them, and if so would you be prepared to share your experience with them?
