Hello All,
I'm not very familiar with Actinic so I apologise in advance. I work for a fulfilment company and we download the orders remotely from the client's website. I don't know much with regards to how the website is set up but I do know that we use Actinic v10 and the Payment Service Provider is SagePay.
On both today and Monday of this week, when downloading the orders, they have all (bar 1/2) gone into PSP pending. When contacting the client, they were unable to see a problem with their website, however, when a second download was done approximately 1 hour later, it moved the orders from PSP pending into Pending. I am starting to think that it is a problem our end as opposed to theirs because if it was a problem with the website we would get the orders up until the time the website went "down" and then resolve itself however it is every order since the previous download was done.
Although there is a way around this (waiting an hour to do a second download) when you've got several hundred orders to process, as I'm sure you can imagine, it's not the most efficient way of dealing with the problem .
I've seen several problems similar to this but they seem to be with PayPal where a customer hasn't fully completed the order and mentions nothing about resolving itself eventually later so I don't think my problem is the same.
Has anyone heard of this problem before or any suggestions/questions regarding this?
Thank you in advance,
Joe
