SagePay Configuration Problem...
I am configuring SagePay on a number of sites for a client using version 11.0.3.
I have entered the Merchant ID, Live Encryption Key and Actinic Secret Key and orders can be placed successfully on the website however when downloading orders the following message is received:
The payment Service Provider Authorisation on xxxxx had an invalid signature.
Check that you have input your Secret Key correctly as provided by your Payment Service Provider....
Sagepay have been very helpful but say it's an Actinic problem. I have requested a new Actinic Secret Key and have also tested on other websites but the issue remains.
Forum searches only seem to refer back to either updating the ini file (v9 and earlier) and/or having entered the wrong Secret Key.
My understanding is that no manual changes are required in OCCUpgrade.ini or OCCPROTXSCriptTemplate.pl files in v11.
Any ideas please?
