Keyword tools?

I'm looking at some keyword tools at the moment & I'm thinking that something from the Google stable is probably best as they have access to the info. I don't do any PPC if it makes any difference.

So far I've found Insights for Search, AdWords Keyword Tool & Trends - what would be the best, what are the pro's / con's for some simple keyword research?

These days I just use Google's adwords tool. Wordtracker is good and a while back you could do free searches but I don't think that's possible anymore.

I would agree with Google's SEO tools being useful.
