Hi,
We are having a problem in our shipping charges. On our catalog we have various zones set up, so on the UK one we then have two shipping types - Royal Mail and Express Carrier, where the customer can either up to around 5kgs and then only Express Carrier over that threshold. However what we are finding (occasionally) is that a customer order where the weight is on the threshold tells us that they selected the more expensive option (Express) but the actual price charged in the totals is the cheaper option.
I've been through this and cannot see how they can do this??? So I wondered if anyone has ever seen anything similar?
As a side, we also occasionally find that in the Shipping and Handling tab of the order, the Original and Current total says one thing but the calculated total say something different? Once again has anyone any ideas what may cause this?
Apologies for the rambling, but let me know if you need any further info or if I haven't explained myself very well.
Cheers,
Stuart
