we just noticed that we have NOT updated the vat rate of the shipping and handling to the new 20% rate.
Its not the end of the world, our charge was just £5.95 and theres only a small increase to absorb.
I've checked back on the thread talking about how to change the rate to 20% and either I missed that step or it wasn't clear enough (no blame, I just missed that bit)
anyway,
can I suggest that people take a few seconds to check the vat rate being applied to your shipping
Look in the 'business settings' and then in the shipping tab, just make sure the vat rate is set to 20%
