Error opening configuration file /acatalog/prompt.fil. Permission denied
Can anyone please help?
I'm trying to launch a new V9 actinic store, but although the Network Settings Test runs fine the site generates :
A General Script Error Occurred

Error: Error opening configuration file /acatalog/prompt.fil. Permission denied
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner.
I have tried the following solutions so anything else anyone could suggest would help :
1) Purge and Refrresh - both via Actinic Troubleshoot and direct FTP delete.
2) It IS a windows dedicated server so we have made sure the permissions on the CGI and acatalog files are correct both in the IIS and NTFS settings.
3) Manually uploading scripts file and website.
Actinic support have helped as much as they're supposed to but we can't understand the problem.
Should also say we are running an old Actinic V5 store on a separate domain but on the same server and it works just fine!
Please please help - loosing sleep and hair now!
