Rackspace Cloud email setup - help required -SOLVED

Ok looking at the network setup for someone elses post, i noticed the SMTP server was 'localhost' - so i set that and it works.

Hi folks, I know a few of you use the Rackspace Cloud, so I hope you can help:


I can't sort the smtp settings out!!! I get this repsonse on testing teh network setup:

Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
server: passed
connection: passed
sockets: passed
communications: failed
authorisation: passed
message: 5.7.1 <shop@postpaidgames.co.uk>: Sender address rejected: Access denied

please can you let me know your smtp settings for successful emails.
