    I have PayPal and my orders are downloading into Pending Payment service provider

    If you are using PayPal as a payment gateway and have found orders are now downloading into the Pending Payment service provider tab within Sellerdeck, please see the solutions below:

    A) Ask your server host to install / enable the following modules:

    Crypt::SSLEay
    Net:SSL
    Net::SSLEay

    B) If the above did not solve the problem, now check these modules have been installed correctly on your server, please see instructions below:
    1. Download the attached file “list-modules.zip” and unzip it, you will find the file “list-modules.pl” inside.
    2. Connect via FTP to your web server with an FTP client such as “Filezilla”
    3. Drag and drop the file “list-modules.pl” into the “cgi-bin” of your server.
    4. Change the file permissions of the file to 755 (Right click on the file and select either “file permissions…” or “CHMOD”). If you are unable to do this, you may be using a windows server, you will have to ask your server host to do this for you.
    5. Open a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) and go to the following URL:

      http://www.yourdomainname.co.uk/cgi-bin/list-modules.pl

      (Replace “yourdomainname” with your websites domain name)

    The webpage will list all the Perl modules installed on your server. If Crypt::SSLEay, Net:SSL or Net::SSLEay do not appear in the list, go back to your server host.

    Alternatively you could update the web site analysis scripts within the software using the article here - http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=49361 which will check the Perl modules on your web site.
