    WorldPay Problem

    Wonder if anyone on here can help, as i'm not having a great deal success getting the answer i need from WorldPay Customer Services!?!?

    The scenario is -

    I have had to open another WorldPay account with new Company ID, etc as my business entity has changed from Limited Company to Sole Trader.

    WorldPay have given me integration details but I need to keep my 'old' WorldPay account running until the 'new' account has finished the testing/approval stage.

    The problem -

    When i try to add the new details
    View>Business Settings>Payments>add payment method using +
    there is no option to add another WorldPay account from the drop down list.

    I can't really afford for my site to be unable to process orders for the approx. two days it will take for final approval/testing.

    Any ideas..................?

    I had the same problem but going from sole trader to limited company at worldPay

    In the end I gave up with their inflexability and went to cardnet to get a merchant account and Protx for the collection.

    Worked out much cheaper and far better service and cash in three days

    Never looked back.

      Afraid you can not have 2 listings or set ups for WorldPay just differing payment providers...
