I have found that if I look at a new post link that gets to me by email, and then later I go to the forum and click 'New Posts' I don't get them all, only the ones posted since I viewed the one on link by email. This should not happen.

What I have found is that if you look at the community for any length of time (15 mins), your 'Last Visited' time is reset to the current time. This means that the only posts you will see under 'new posts' are the ones added since the 'Last Visited' time was reset. -
Sorry - just to clarify - it is when you are inactive on the forum for 15 mins that your cookie is reset.Comment
