    Cookies and service pack 2

I have just installed SP2 on one of our pcs in rediness to do the rest but noticed that the default settings is not cookie friendly and stops the cart working until you put cookies on the lowest security level. Lots of people don't even know what a cookie is let alone how to change it. has anyone come up with a good way to overcome this problem using Actinic? I feel sales being lost already. I guess someone will tell me that browsers come set that way anyway and have done for ages, trouble is I have not had a 'standard' pc for a while. regards

I know this doesn't really help, from a shopper perspective, but for the security of you own systems, in IE if you go to the privacy tab, then click Sites and enter your sites url with the Always Allow option, that avoids opening up the security settings to all and sundry.

You could also add your sites to the Trusted Zones under the Security tab and you can set set different security levels for different zones, possibly using the prompt option in the Internet Zone.

Ideally, if applying this to a number of PCs, you would set up a policy in Active Directory to apply the settings automatically.
