Brochure page or standard page?

Hi,
Is it better (for SE) to use the actinic brochure page or to create a standard page with a link to the store and lots of text and links to different parts of the store?

A standard page is probably best for search engines and also allows you more freedom in design and layout - the downside is remembering to update the manual links if you move or re-name anything later - best to do this last once the Actinic stuff is sorted
