Email Marketing Software

Can anyone recommend some software or a service to manage email marketing? I'm looking to be able to import existing subscribers, manage unsubscribers, and track which emails have been sent to which subscribers. Any help gladly recieved.

We use Group Mail Plus from Infacta. Works very well and has a DB import facility which extracts all the details directly from our Actinic system.
