In order to make catalog the true bees Knees for search engine optimisation it would be nice to be able to hand code every page title.

My proposition is to leave the current method in place, ie generated title from company name and page header. But where currently there is the option to type in meta keywords and meta description at section level, add the option Title. Thus if there is something in the title, the generated title will be overwritten with the contents of the title

How about going the CUSTOMVAR way for this.

i.e. add in a CUSTOMVAR:MYMETA into the title area of the template and within the custom properties add it in there.

Then within each section (page) add in the text into the custom properties to have it added to the title area.

Just an idea and hope it helps...
