We have recently moved the Actinic Community back from the temporary server to the main one, and the process of transferring the data does seem to mysteriously affect the avatars. Must be something to do with the transfer method used. I imagine we use ASCII transfers of the data in order to maintain the MYSQL correctl - which will adversely affect the gif avatars.
I'll get the development team to look into it this morning. -
You might get them to set the server clock as well. For some reason it's running half an hour fast.
