froogle feed

i am trying to upload my froogle feed with mole end froogle mash, thought i would just post a question here to see if i get a quick answer.

Question is i get an error message to say that cannot connect to website [0] file not sent?

i have checked all my ftp details and all are in order

the file is called mysite.txt

any ideas why i cannot upoload this feed/

We upload a revised Froogle feed almost every day using Froogle Mash.

It often takes more than one attempt presumabley because the froogle server is busy. If it fails we just wait a minute and then try again an up it goes.
