On site training

Paul I don't think the 'training in what' was meant to be sarcastic honestly. there are many aspects to ecommerce training, and actinic themseves offer SEM courses, plus other companies on here offer design courses. so I think it might have been a genuine question. I take it you are asking for on site training in general use of Actinic.

I left the office and went for a little walk on this one. I honestly thought there needed to be some clarification. For all the info in the post, Paul might have been looking for help with Dreamweaver integration, Actinic order processing, SEO, PSP integration, any number of things.

I mistakenly thought a reference to his product use training would show how loose the question was, and did not intend to cause upset. Next time I need clarification on what is being asked, guess I'll just follow the post and see what develops.

Unfortunately that is true. We are all so used to following body and facial expressions in a conversation, we are crippled without these additional inputs.

Many forum stickies carry the advise, "Reading: Always try to put the best possible interpretation on the words used, remember that different cultures may interperet the same language differently.
