Good free site stats service

Hi, I am using statcounter.com to monitor my sites. It is really good but the free service means that i can only view the latest 100 visitors. This is fine for some of the sites but the ecommerce ones need a larger visitor register, maybe 1000 or so.

Has anyone used any free traffic monitors that have this larger capasity with the ability to view info like keywords, user location and display size?

The quality of the the stats doesn't seem to be that good from hosts that i have used. Thinks like users keywords, interaction path and screen resolution don't get covered, is there a host that gives these stats for free?
