    Hiring Actinic Pros

Does anyone know of a good resource where I can find an actinic prot to come and work at my company? I tried searching on monster using actinic as a keyword and got no responses.

    Thank

What sort of expertise are you looking for and what is the expected duration of the project?

Actually, it's not a project. More a full time job.

I think the problem you'll find is that most actinic pros are either running their own business or web design consultancies. You might find some who work for the design houses though, maybe you could try posting some position details up here and see if anyone comes back to you.

Thanks for the feedback, I have had a few IM's telling me the same thing. At least I'm learning I guess.

          Thanks again

              Dom,

I'm not a million miles from yourselves and could well be interested. If you're still looking send me a private message and we'll go from there.

              Regards

              Phil

I am sure actinic wouldn't mind you advertising jobs on here. I guess it does depend what you mean by 'pro' and for what kind of job, but I would have thought the kind of person you are looking for would be on this forum at some point.

Maybe if other companies are also having trouble finding actinic people, there could be a forum section called 'jobs' where people like you could put ad's and job specs. This would probably be a good thing for actinic as i think one reason companies might not choose the technology is because of the difficulty in finding people with experience in it.

                Good luck.
