Very quickly as I'm now off home:

    - I don't like the way the background image doesn't scroll down like the rest of the page. So much of it is covered over that you just see odd lumps moving about underneath the page. Not nice.

    - The product page names seem to be called stuff like info43.html, etc. very poor practice from an SEO perspective as the filename is an important place to list the product name.

I am on the verge of quite liking the design and feel of the site, i just think that the text size needs reducing and a bit more white space is needed. The text size really is in my face and it reminds me of how 'silver surfer' sites are usually setup. Reign those sizes in a little and it will look more classy. A new site in V7 was a mistake IMO, but done now and i agree with Mike on the background being a little strange and needing to be static. Quite a few of the links in the right sidebar did not seem to work either.

Nice looking site that (as mentioned) could be better on the inside with v9.

Personally I really dislike the background image and find it very distracting.

As Mike mentioned, you have used the extended info pages as SPP as we have done, but still use the automatic page naming. One thing that came out of the Actinic conference for me was that you have to manually change all the page names from those info + numbers to product names, I am half way changing my site as I write (300 products to go)!. It is on the extended info tab in a box towards the bottom.
