    Random Words from Dictionary

Can anyone recommend a good program that would select words from a dictionary but would select more than one word at a time ?

Try a Thesaurus, if you have M$ Word there is one built in.

What are you intending to do with the program? Is it for password generating?

yep thats right jont, all the password creation programs i have found arent upto much, but some of the websites send you a password made up of words together, like jupetruck or windowhouse so it takes words from a dictionary at random and puts to words together.

Not sure of any programs personally but you could use Access populated with random words although this can be a hassle having to fire up Access and is a little OTT.

A quicker solution may be to take the daily newspaper (magazine, random blog site) and use say the first word on page 5 added to page 12 etc - quick and simple and is totally random (computers do not generate random choices especially if they are confined to a dictionary)

I did a search on password generator and came up with several good prospects - liked the look of the atory one, but I have not tried any. I am a dBASE programmer and I have a pwd generator built app built into most of my apps, but its not really suitable as a stand along app - too much overhead needed.
