    i am looking for a quote from some one to finish my site www.jsdminiatures.co.uk
    the only thing that does not work is taking payments via Paypal.
    I simply cannot find out what is wrong with it and no longer have the time to sit and play around with it.

    John, after selecting paypal as a payment option, did you remember to increment the number in OCCUpgrade.ini & then restart Actinic to process the changes.

        With Actinic closed, look in Actinic v7/OCCUpgrade folder. You should find a file called OCCUpgrade.ini - open this with notepad and at the top of the file you will see something like this
        [Version]
        Number=1109
        add 1 to the number (this would make the example 1110) then save as 'all files'.

        Reopen Actinic and it should show a message recognising/implementing the change.

          Thanks very much it worked the first tme I tried it but when i went back 1/2 hour later it had reverted to a general script error again.
          I altered the v number up 1 again and it worked again just the once.

          When you click through to the paypal checkout, instead of having to press the paypal button it takes you straight to Paypal.

            John - it seems to me it is working - I think if you grab the souce view from the paypal button page you will find a timed redirect meta tag in there. I think the button is just in case the redirect does not work.

            I'm afraid I abandoned a test order in the paypal screen - there was no cancel button so I closed the browser tab to escape the process.
