Can I wildcard the old pages to save time

You can set up the .htaccess to redirect whole folders to a new page .... probably better to direct individual pages to their new Actinic counterpart as if someone clicks through on a old link they are more likely to stay on the site if they land on the right page rather than not getting what they are after and then trying to navigate to the right place - browser are a lazy lot
