prob with supplier disk

my supplier sent me a disk with all there new images and stuff,
my computer says there is nothing on it totaly free space, running xp, dvd/cd writer..
my old computer sees the files running 2000 pro but cant open images theres no extra software on it..
disk says needs 95/98 and office 2000 or later(so quite an old disk i think)with a note saying will run on xp..
any ideas how to get new computer to see the files..?

Maybe they're in hidden files or folders. Check your view settings in explorer.
Tools|Folder Options|View and select to view all types and extensions etc.
Otherwise I'd give them a call.

You can sometimes get issues if they have burnt the CD using a MAC
