Is it an accountant you need, as in the full blown chartered type, or a day to day book keeper for keeping all of it in order...

I would guess that it is the day to day stuff, so would suggest looking in your local paper amongst the classifieds or even the local newsagent window to see if anyone is local to you who are qualified doing this type of service.
