Exporting out of sage line 50

Please Help

We have a customer data base in sage line 50 and we would like to export it
so we can get email address out of it for a email shot. I have tryed to export it and open in excell but NO email address appear also tryed export it microsoft document but no luck- HOW DO I DO IT?

In Sage, Click on 'Customers' then on 'Reports', Then 'Customer Detail Reports | Customer Record CSV (Extended)', this will give you the customer adress details and the email address.
