Need Template Guru

I have designed the layout of what i want my online store to look like. i have a finished design (logo, & graphics) that i need to transfer to actinic.

I need somebody to take my photoshop layout, (left bar, top bar, right bar), 'slice', and 'drop' into act-primary template. (V7)

I have several designs waiting for differnt stores, and this could be an ongoing arrangement.
if interested, please forward example of previous actinic sites.

I will then forward an example of my design to you, in order to get a more accurate quote from you.
