Unable to connect to some web pages

Not sure whether anyone can help but today I've noticed I'm unable to connect to some web pages which I was viewing quite happily earlier in the week. I've double-checked with other people and the web pages are working fine. I can ftp to one of the sites but just can see it when I type in the domain name. The particular web site I noticed the problem with is www.llanmurfin.com. Can anyone make any suggestions as to what I can do? I've turned everything off and on I've deleted temporary internet files, history and cookies. I'm using BT broadband with a D-Link wireless ADSL router. I connect wirelessly using a laptop and that can't connect to these web sites either! I use different virus software on the two machines.

Sounds like a temporary hiccup with the BT proxy server perhaps. Wait a while and try again - if some domains still don't work contact BT and report the problem.

      Thank you

I think you were right. After three days it has started working again - maybe I just need to be patient if it happens again. But if it keeps happening I'll contact BT.

May be worth changing the DNS lookup if you can or provide a range of alternatives if possible on your system
