Regular viewers will know I haven't been trading for long, so it was a very satifying to receive an order on the weekend where the "How did you find our website" question was filled in with just one word: "Recommendation"

Yes its always great to receive orders that come via recommendations. It also makes a refreshing change for people to fill this field in correctly.

When we ask people how did they find us they usually say 'On the Internet' !

It just gets better: On Monday I had a second order from my very first customer.

I still get a warm glow from the "the product arrived safely the next day and we are thrilled" type of email ... people are so quick to complain but reticent to show gratitute
