    Newsletter Creating??

    How do i create a newsletter.

    for example i jsut recieved one from a record store, and it look just like there webpage full graphics everything.

    how did they do that

    i have made couple of pages on SERIF and Word, but how do i get it into the email without having to make it an attachement.

    any help would be gr8.

    Assuming you have the page created and working - open your email client (assuming Outlook) - Insert > File ... click on the HTML page and at the bottom right click the small arrow next to "insert" and select "insert as text"

    Be careful how you create your page with links to images and also using stylesheets - images are best linked to a copy on the server and styling is best embedded into the <head> or even inline

      1 ensure the people you are sending to have elected to receive newsletters from you

      2 you verify your list before sending so as not to spam

        If are sending out lots of emails specialist software or a 3rd party will make handling subscribes and unsubscribes much easier to maintain
