Personally I much prefer the Original Site Concept 1. I think it's better to have both RHS and LHS panes. You can put so much more interest towards the top of the page - specials etc.

That charlie with the blue eyes, looks like a complete tool. No wonder he has to buy online.

Use only the woman. IMHO, i'm not ever afraid to pop to the shop to proudly ask for a dozen rubbers, but in my experience, its girlys that are very much afraid to ask the counter bod for a pregnancy test.

Wow they look almost identical, it's almost as if they've used the same template and just changed the colours

Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, although a little bit of individuality is normally a good thing.
