Problems with Javascript Menu

I have just integrated a javascript menu into my home page on actinic.

However i'm having a little problem - and I know it must be simple.

When you go to http://www.poshpaws.ie/ and click on the menus, they don't automatically drop down - sometimes you have to hold the mouse over it for a couple of seconds or click on it.

I'm attaching my javascript file to see if anyone can shed some light ???

I'm not sure what that wierd code is - it seems to appear if I use frontpage instead of dreamweaver to edit my pages... I was a little concerned about it.

I'm using IE 6.0.2800.

As long as its working fine for most other people thats great !
