I though it was time for some humour, so following this suggestion in another thread:

Sounds like a cue for a new thread - what is the best / worst / dodgiest address supplied by a customer?

Here's my offerings (xxx hides private information)

Best address:
Xxxx Manor, nr. Abingdon, Oxfordshire
(the delivery instruction field contain a list of directions on how to find it)

Funniest Address:
Xx Happy Island Way, Bridport
(it exists)

Both orders arrived on the same day.

I used to live in Giggleswick, which was just up the road from Wigglesworth. Not always funny mind you, the only charge back I have ever had was from a (very annoying) woman who decided that Giggleswick could not be a real place and so cancelled her payment to us, 5 months after placing it - most annoying.

In our town we have a Pratt Street and a Stinky Ditch!! (I live in neither I hasten to add).

I got a fairly decent sized order from a body whose residential address was Cargo Agent's Building, Changi.

Took a bit of online map searching, telephone directory lookups, telephone calls and emails before I was convinced that really was a residential (actually mixed purpose) building. The credit card details sailed through, though.

My address in Kuwait translated as Villa number 5, By the Electric Ministry Workers Meeting Place, Shuwaikh.
Most addresses were expressed like this, no street names, just where they were near, like, just across the Bridgestone Circle (Roundabout named because of the giant tyre advert on it!)
