Has anyone ever used this? (http://www.internetsecretsinc.com/scratchcardgenerator/)

I purchased a copy (via ebay) some months ago and have only just got round to installing it and have come up with a problem. I contacted seller who told me support was no longer available as the guy who produced software has since sold company and support is limited. Did get a response from their support but they wanted our ftp details and access to our control panel to look at the problem and feel a tad wary about giving this info out!

Just wondered if anyone else had/was using it and may be able to offer a bit of help.
