Payment options for advertising????

I have a client that would like to offer a form of an online classifieds site and requires some info on how payments can be taken before the customer/advertiser is able to upload the details of the item

They want the customer to pay first, then be directed back to the site and be able to fill in a form with item details, upload images, contact details etc

Obv the siteowner would like to approve all listings prior to them actually being displayed on the site so this needs to be a feature too

Any suggestions on how this can be achieved or reasonably priced software to do this?

If you have the ability to offer digital dowloads this can be done via a PDF file or text file etc with instructions on how to upload the artwork / details - this can be either uploaded to the server (using say a PHP script or similar) or simple email instructions.

As the users has to enter their details to pay for the advert during checkout you will already have captured their main info so no need for them to repeat.

As the site is Actinic and needs to be uploaded through the backend software your clients gets to vet all entries for suitability, size, spec etc before publishing live to the site. A simple note saying the ad will be live in 24 hours after approval etc should avoid users hoping for it to appear live there and then.

Unfort the site aint using actinic. They have an existing site (low key at the mo) that they need this payments/item details method to be merged into.

The client requires some form of ability for customers to create an account, pay for item to be listed then have ability to tell us what the item is etc

would like this to be as automated as poss, so only the advert needs to be approved and it then appears
