    Terms & conditions

    Hi all,

I need to draft up some terms and conditions to protect me when a client signs up and asks me to do a website.

Does anyone know of any - kind of - standard t&c's that I can use and ammend to suit my own business.

I need to cover things like - customer cancellation etc, and also for domain name registration and hosting.

Your help would be much appreciated.

I consulted with a solicitor to draw mine up.

    Small Busines Federation may help

Thanks Jo -- was hoping to get round the whole cost issue, but then again, the cost could be more if I don't protect myself.

Its going to cost - took me ages to get it right.

Also you need indemnity insurance which is going to help more than a contract when it all goes wrong
