Does anyone sell DECT phone handsets?

I bought two spares from telephones4u and found that they don't work.
Turns out the company only sells ex-demonstrators and customer returns.
(All thoroughly tested by their qualified service engineers)

I should have read the small print (sigh).
I should have found an Actinic buddy.
