If you have DW get the WA site importer and you can rip the complete site without ftp access (if its os commerce I suspect you will not have the ftp details) onto your hard drive.

This would concern me more than the hosting. I would start working getting the domain transfered to your client - will be difficult without being in contact with the bad boys. You may need to contact NOMINET to explain the situation.

Of course if the domain is not a business name or important then grab an new one and get building.

Dovemex Solutions - wonder if thier other clients: Rolls Royce, NHS etc as on thier website are having similar problems - maybe they will move to Actinic

It just goes to show there is alot of bad boys out there willing to take advantage of people!

Have started the process of getting hold of the domain name via nominet and hopefully all will come together and we will get a new site up and running before the old one disappears
